Waank wahanank WAHANAK! Splattt! Offcum message to UK gov DCMS proposal

They say they will look at it in 2019.

Waank wahanank WAHANAK! Splattt!

Probably decisions in 2020.

Waank wahanank WAHANAK! Splattt!

Implementation time will be given until 2025.

Waank wahanank WAHANAK! Splattt!
Waank wahanank WAHANAK! Splattt! Oop and extra one sneaked in there!
Wink wihanank WAHINAKI! Splattt! Disguised one there in lieu that started snuck in.

So it seems the government report has led to offum
into turbo master bation mode over symetric gigabit fiber roll out.

The delay tactics is for time to consult with their masters
at BT (British Telecum) and Openroach and earn more brown
envelopes stuffed full of bit coins.

Still no word why offcum charges dark fiber tax so that a 10gbit
is £85,000 around M25 while incumbents pay £150/m for same thing
though Dark Fiber Tax.

All meeting, hanshakes, private calls betwen BT Openroach and Offcum
to be recorded from now on and deleted in case it provides
self incriminating evidence.

I hope they have a sufficient supply of chloral hydrate. He is in need of
heavy sedation.

Install him in the conveyance and take him to Bedlam forthwith.

Did you know that 7 is an inventor of fractal nanobots ('shape-changing,
self-repairing') and a halogen drive engine ('guaranteed to open doors in
space')?

He also does particularly impressive SQL optimisations:

'I've done for example SQL optimization and the reason I could do it better
than the best high level experts can do was because I think in hex and bits
and byte movements.

'If you know the assembler in detail, you would know what "select * from
employees" would translate into assembler and how different and yet similar
that would be from "select name from employees"'

Who knew that SQL gets compiled into Assembly Language?

No, I did not know that. Could 7 actually be 7 of 9? That would be
interesting.

Well, I know it gets optimised into something that must be amazing.
I've learned that it helps to let SQL do as much of the hard work, since
things happen so much faster than when I try to manipulate a recordset
afterwards. I haven't spent any time studying how it does it, but I
think what it can do is quite astonishing. I always thought that
assembly language was a (just-about) human-readable language, though. I
wouldn't expect anything to be compiled /into/ it. I haven't messed
about with assembly since the old spectrum/atari st/commodore 64/amiga
days. No need to now - for me, things happen quickly enough without it.
